A. Yes, we do provide educational incentives. In fact, we generally conduct in-house promotions that encourage our team to obtain certifications and other higher-learning educational qualifications.
A. Yes, we frequently send out bonuses to our team members. In fact, Brand Factory is always encouraging employees to obtain particular certifications, specifically those pertaining to coding and AI knowledge skills through college, university or other academic courses, including online learning programs. We want our team to excel. We want our employees to deeply understand the AI-based technology solutions we’ve adopted because organizations that don’t intimately understand “how“ to properly use their AI systems or robotic workfoce (RPA) technology platforms will quite simply not be able to gain any real edge over their competitors.

Brand Factory loves those really special holiday moments, such as Christmas Eve / Christmas Day (December 24 / 25), Thankgiving Day (November 27), New Year’s Eve / New Year’s Day (December 31 / January 1), and Washington’s Birthday (February 17).
Because we love to celebrate those very special holidays, Brand Factory offers full salary (pay), plus bonus pay on the following specific holiday times:
- Christmas Eve / Christmas Day ($5,000 bonus pay)
- New Year’s Eve / New Year’s Day ($10,000 bonus pay)
